Something not working, or an idea that would make CurTask better for your work? Tell us from inside the app. Your message goes straight to the CurTask team, and if you report a problem, we email you when it's fixed.

  1. The Feedback button at the right end of the status bar

    Step 1Press the Feedback button

On every workspace page, Feedback sits at the right end of the status bar, the thin bar along the bottom of the screen. Press it to open Send feedback.

You can also open the account menu (your initials, top right) and choose Send feedback.

  2. Send feedback, with Something's broken chosen

Step 2Choose what it is about

Under What is it about?, choose Something's broken, An idea or Other.

  3. Describing the problem

    Step 3Describe it

Write in the box. For a problem, say what you were doing and what you expected to happen. For an idea, say what would help your work. Plain words are perfect.

  4. A screenshot of the screen added to the report

Step 4Add a screenshot if it helps

Tick Add a screenshot of this screen to attach a picture of the page behind the dialog. You see it before you send.

The screenshot may show your papers or writing. Only the CurTask team sees it, and it is deleted 30 days after we've dealt with your report.

  5. The Send button

    Step 5Send it

Choose Send. To help us find a problem, your report also includes the CurTask version, your browser and the last error message you saw.

After a problem report, you see Thank you, your report has been sent. We'll email you when it's fixed.

Tip: when an error message appears in CurTask, it may have a Report this problem button. It opens Send feedback with Something's broken already chosen.
