Home lists your active projects. When a project is finished, or you no longer need it, you can archive it or move it to the trash. Neither touches your papers: they stay in your Global Library, with their Baggage, and in your other projects.

  1. The project's menu on Home: Rename…, Archive and Move to trash

    Step 1Open the project's menu

On Home, find the project under Projects. Choose ⋯ (More actions) at the bottom right of its card. The menu has Rename…, Archive and Move to trash.

  2. Archiving the project, then finding it under Archived

    Step 2Archive it

Choose Archive. The project leaves the Active list. To find it again, choose Archived above the list.

To bring it back, open its menu there and choose Move back to active.

  3. Moving the project to the trash and confirming

Step 3Move it to the trash

Open the project's menu and choose Move to trash. CurTask asks Move this project to the trash? and reminds you that it can be restored from Trash for 30 days and that its papers stay in your Global Library. Choose Move to trash to confirm.

  4. Restoring the project from Trash

Step 4Restore it from the trash

Choose Trash above the list. Each project there shows the date it will be Removed for good. Open its menu and choose Restore.

The project comes back as it was: a project you had archived returns to Archived, the others to Active.

Tip: use the search box above the list to find a project by title in any of the three views.
