Concept

Can I share a project or work with others?

Not yet. Every CurTask project is personal for now; here is how to share your work with a supervisor or co-author in the meantime.

Not yet. In CurTask today, every library and project belongs to one person. You can't invite a co-author or supervisor into a project, and no one else can open your work.

This is also why your work is private by default: there is nothing to share by mistake. See Private by default.

Sharing your work in the meantime

You can still send people what they need, as files:

  • Your manuscript. Compile it to Word, PDF, Markdown or a web page and send the file. A supervisor can comment on the Word file as usual. See Compile your manuscript.
  • Your literature matrix. Choose Export CSV to get a spreadsheet anyone can open. See Export the matrix.
  • Your section outline. Export it as a spreadsheet (CSV). See Corkboard and Outline.
  • Everything at once. Download all my data gives you one file with your papers, notes, codes, matrices, manuscripts and references in open formats. See Download all your data or delete your account.

Tip: don't share your password or sign in to your account on someone else's behalf. Each person can create their own free account.

Will sharing come?

Working together on a project isn't part of CurTask yet. When it arrives, it will be announced in the changelog. If it matters to you, tell us with Send feedback.
